ERP Coordinator, 6 month contract

As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking an experienced ERP coordinator to support the implementation and optimization of our ERP system, specifically Dynamics 365/Microsoft 365, to enhance our operational efficiency and support our strategic objectives.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Coordinator to support our ERP implementation team. In this junior role, you will manage process map schedules, oversee work instruction timelines, structure common files, and handle project administration tasks such as taking minutes, preparing presentations, and participating in SteerCo meetings. Your ability to engage confidently with multiple stakeholders and maintain a meticulous approach to task management will be crucial to the success of our ERP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and Timeline
Management:
- Oversee and update process map schedules to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Track work instruction timelines and monitor completion status.
- Documentation and File
Management:
- Structure and organize common project files, ensuring easy access and proper usage.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation.
- Project Administration:
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, project updates, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other project-related documentation.
- SteerCo Participation:
- Attend SteerCo meetings, contribute to discussions, and assist in documenting action items and decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Proactively communicate with and engage various stakeholders to gather necessary information and support project needs.
- Facilitate smooth coordination between team members and external parties.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or project support role, preferably within an ERP or technology environment.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholders and managing relationships.
