Purchasing Manager

To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking a Purchasing Manager. In this position you will lead and strengthen our procurement function in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing purchasing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of materials to support production and new product initiatives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with business and production requirements

• Establish, manage, and strengthen supplier and vendor relationships 

• Lead contract negotiations and close agreements with optimal commercial terms 

• Monitor demand, forecast material requirements, and determine quantity and delivery timing

• Perform cost analysis, scenario planning, and benchmarking to support decision-making 

• Assess, manage, and mitigate supply and procurement risks 

• Ensure purchasing activities align with budgetary guidelines and company policies 

• Track, analyze, and report purchasing metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs 

• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the procurement process 

• Ensure inventory levels meet predefined company targets 

• Support new product introductions through sourcing and supply planning

We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager, Purchasing Agent, or Purchasing Officer 

• Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, and procurement best practices 

• Ability to gather, analyze, and present data in a clear and concise manner 

• Strong planning, organization, and deadline management skills 

• Detail-oriented with sound decision-making abilities 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
