Position Overview

At Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness, relationships are everything — with our patients, our partners, and especially our people. We’re looking for a Relationship Assistant who thrives on connection, organization, and bringing people together through meaningful experiences. 

Foundation is an innovative physiotherapy and education company on a mission to improve physical health in communities. Through our innovative education platform for practitioners, our internship programs and pro-bono clinics, we believe that high quality healthcare is within reach for everyone.

This role supports our CEO, directors and leadership team in executing events, initiatives, and communications that strengthen our internal culture, cultivate and nurture external partnerships and improve marketing and communicating efficiency. If you’re energized by relationships, events, branding, teamwork, and leadership, in a progressive and innovative healthcare setting, this could be the perfect fit.

Location: Hybrid (80% remote / 20% in-person; must be able to travel to clinics and events as required)

Availability: 12-16 hours/week

What You’ll Do

  •         Support the CEO and leadership team with meetings, initiatives, and special projects
  •          Coordinate marketing, social media, and patient communications
  •          Plan and support recruitment, educational events, and brand activations
  •          Cultivate partnerships with brands, influencers, and referral networks
  •          Assist with clinic operations, lead conversions, and client experience
  •          Organize events, contests, giveaways, and staff initiatives

  •          Social media savvy with community engagement awareness
  •          Energized by working with people and strong in customer service
  •          Confident communicator; comfortable promoting services and building relationships
  •       Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  •          Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  •          Available during business hours (9-5) with occasional off-peak hours
  • Located in the GTA with access to a vehicle for travel to clinics and events (parking and travel can be reimbursed)
