IT Support Analyst
Located in Halifax, Nova Scotia and reporting to the Director of IT Operations, the IT Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and operations of Canada ICI's IT environment. Based on the Microsoft technology stack, the incumbent will be managing resources based on Azure and Office 365 platforms, supporting team members across the country, and maintaining all company-owned hardware and software.
The IT Support Analyst position is a full-time permanent role.

Responsibilities
- Set up, deploy, and maintain devices and user accounts using Windows AutoPilot, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Endpoint.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot issues and train others with Microsoft Office 365 (including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote), Cloud-based solutions (OneDrive, SharePoint), Windows 10/11, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Hardware including (but not limited to) computers, peripherals, and mobile devices (iOS and Android), and basic Networking issues.
- Provide end-user support as part of the IT Support team for approximately 200 employees through email, phone, Teams chat or in-person, as well as updating and maintaining IT knowledge base.
- Daily report generation
- Work in a team environment, in-office and remotely, including monthly travel to our offices in Eastern Canada (2-3 days per month) for in-person support and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year diploma in IT support or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and both Windows 10 and 11.
- Minimum certification for MS-900 required.
- IT General Controls (ITGC) Certification and Kusto Query Language (KQL) experience is desired.
- Practical experience supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving Windows OS, Hardware, Software, MS Office 365 and basic networking issues.
- Knowledge of iOS, Android operating systems, PowerShell and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent communication skills combined with an enthusiastic, service-oriented demeanor – whether in-person, on the phone, or in written communication.

- Must be organized, reliable, self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in French is considered an asset.
