About The Hearing & Dizziness Clinic
At The Hearing & Dizziness Clinic, we believe hearing is about more than ears — it’s about connection, confidence, and quality of life.
Every day, we support adults who are navigating hearing loss, tinnitus, and balance challenges. Some arrive frustrated. Some are in denial. Many are simply unsure what to expect.
Our role is to meet them with compassion, clarity, and clinical excellence.
We are growing and looking for an Audiology Assistant who wants to be part of something meaningful — someone who understands that small acts of care can make a very big difference.
The Role
As an Audiology Clinical Assistant, you are often the steady, reassuring presence patients interact with most. You help things run smoothly behind the scenes, but you also play a visible role in helping patients feel comfortable and supported.
You’ll work closely with our audiologists, assist with hearing aid care, support clinical procedures, and help ensure each patient leaves feeling heard — in every sense of the word.
What You’ll Do
Support Our Patients
• Welcome patients and assist with intake and case histories
• Conduct hearing screenings and cerumen management under supervision
• Prepare patients for assessments and hearing aid fittings
• Teach patients how to use and care for their hearing devices
• Troubleshoot and perform minor hearing aid maintenance
• Reinforce communication strategies and answer questions with patience and kindness
Support Our Team
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Coordinate follow-ups and manage calendars
• Order hearing aids and accessories and track inventory
• Assist with documentation for warranties and repairs
• Help keep equipment clean, organized, and ready for use
What We’re Looking For
• Post-secondary education in an Audiology Assistant, Communication Disorders Assistant program, or other regulated health care assistant field
• A calm, professional presence
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• A genuine desire to help people
Experience in audiology is valued — but warmth, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter just as much.
Why Join Us?
• A collaborative, respectful team environment
• Meaningful work that improves lives
• Opportunities to grow and learn
• A clinic culture rooted in integrity and patient-centered care
We don’t just fit hearing aids.
We help people reconnect with their world.
If that resonates with you, we would love to meet you.
