Client Service Advisor of National Accounts

Job Details:
The successful candidate will be a key member of our
Enterprise Solutions Team providing support and service to many of our largest
clients across Canada.
Job Tasks Include but are not Limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails from national clients
- Troubleshooting an array of products/services with clients and answering any questions that may arise
- Assisting clients by educating them on processes and procedures related to their security systems
- Scheduling
onsite service calls with a technician/subcontractor in multiple
provinces
- Managing work orders to ensure they move along in a timely manner
- Monitoring and adjusting technicians’ schedules as required
- Updating client accounts with the central station and within the CRM database
- Updating/reviewing client provided ticketing software to accept and resolve client service requests
- Providing proposals to clients when required
- Working
closely and cohesively with other departments to address client inquiries
in a timely manner
- Using critical thinking skills to resolve client’s requests
- Ability to work with constant demands in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment
- Maintaining relationships with over 200 subcontractors
- Attending
meetings with clients as required
- Working professionally under pressure
- Ability to work both with a team and autonomously
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Client-Focused
- Dependable, diligent, and punctual
- Solid understanding of computers (i.e. Microsoft Office)
- Strong
analytical and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced work environment
- Proven skills in conflict resolution
- Eagerness to learn & effective team player
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles
- Knowledge and understanding of security systems is an asset
- Previous
scheduling experience would be an asset
This a full-time, permanent position with a very attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives. Our office is in the Burnside Industrial Park. Weekly rotating shifts are Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 4:30pm.
