Kokanee Springs Resort by Pinnacle Lifestyles is nestled on the stunning East Shore of Kootenay Lake in British Columbia’s Kootenay region. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Servers to join our REFRESH Kitchen & Bar team for the 2025 season!

REFRESH Kitchen & Bar is the resort’s heart, offering breakfast, lunch, après-golf, and dinner with indoor dining, patio seating, and take-out. As a Server, you’ll be a key member of our front-of-house team, dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences for every guest. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, champion a safe and fun workplace, and consistently deliver professional and friendly service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet guests warmly, take food and drink orders, and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine/beer pairings.
• Operate the POS system for accurate order entry and payment processing.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously.
• Prepare the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, to maintain a polished presentation.
• Support bar and course-side kiosk operations as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.

WHAT YOU BRING

·        A positive attitude and team-first mindset—you're all about collaboration!

·        Passion for great food, creative cocktails, wine, and beer.

·        Serving It Right certification (current copy required).

·        Bartending experience is a bonus but not required.

·        Great communication and people skills—you know how to connect with guests and teammates.

·        Multitasking skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure.

·        A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

·        Flexibility to pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

·        The ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.

·        Physical fitness to comfortably stand and walk throughout your shift

• Hourly Rate: $17.40 per hour, plus gratuities
