Why You’ll Be a Great Fit

● 1-2 years of caregiver experience, ideally in in-home care

● Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently while following care plans

● Empathetic, patient, kind, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills

● Values creating enjoyable experiences with clients

● Comfortable using basic caregiver app and technology

● Flexible availability, primarily weekdays and openness to evenings and weekends

● Driver’s license preferred but not required

● Committed to completing all pre- screening requirements

What You’ll Do

● Provide comfort, companionship, and personalized support that makes a real difference

● Assist with activities of daily living (ADL’s), including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene

● Prepare snacks and meals to meet individual needs

● Encourage and assist with movement activities to support mobility and engagement

● Provide basic housekeeping tasks

● Transport clients to appointments, social activities, or community events, if approved driver

● Perform additional duties as assigned
