·         Support program planning, evaluation, and quality improvement, including maintaining program resources, gathering client feedback and outcome data, identifying service gaps, and recommending improvements to practices and processes

·         Oversee program financial, contractual, and reporting requirements, including monitoring expenditures, funding agreements, service targets, program statistics, and reporting requirements

·         Build and maintain strong community partnerships with police, Crown Counsel, probation services, child welfare, health professionals, Indigenous and community organizations, and other service partners to support coordinated and accessible services

·         Ensure program documentation and practices meet organizational, contractual, accreditation, privacy, and legislative requirements, while maintaining current knowledge of the criminal justice system and legislation affecting victim services
