Director, Women & Families Centre

In this senior role, you’ll oversee a wide range of services—from the Women’s Shelter to Youth Mentorship, Sanctuary Transitional Housing, and more—while fostering a healthy, spiritually rich culture for our team and clients. Reporting to the Vice President, Women & Families Programs, you'll implement program vision with a commitment to abstinence-based, trauma-informed, and biblically aligned care, emphasizing grace and Indigenous cultural sensitivity. You may come into contact with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
The starting salary range for this position is $106, 470.00 to $116, 337.00 annually.
