Neighborhood Team Leader Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor
- The LPN is responsible for supervising and guiding both certified and unregulated staff care partners in the provision of quality holistic care, service, and support to Elders and their families.
- They follow and uphold Hillside Pines’ policies and procedures while ensuring an excellent standard of Elder-directed care in accordance with the Eden Alternative Philosophy.
- The LPN advocates for Elders by assessing, implementing, and evaluating their specific needs and care in collaboration with the RN and other health care providers.
- Expectations also include consistently demonstrating a clear knowledge and understanding of LPN Professional Standards and Code of Ethics in accordance with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing.
- Applicant must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing (NSCN). Proof of active licensure will be required prior to employment.
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada. This includes individuals who hold Canadian citizenship, permanent residence status, or a valid open work permit. Proof of eligibility will be required prior to employment.
