Job Responsibilities:

As a Resident Technology Support Liaison, you will:

 

📱 Educate & Empower – Provide one-on-one or group training sessions to help residents learn smartphones, tablets, computers, and other digital tools.
🛠️ Troubleshoot Support – Assist residents with technical issues like connectivity, app errors, or general tech confusion in a patient and friendly manner.
📚 Create Learning Tools – Develop easy-to-understand guides, tutorials, and materials designed for senior learners.
 Advocate for Access – Support the use of accessible technologies and accommodations that meet the diverse needs of our residents.

 

Qualifications:

✔ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔ Preferred experience in teaching or providing tech support to individuals with limited technology skills.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with older adults.
✔ Ability to explain technology in a simple, encouraging, and engaging way.
