Do you have what it takes?:

- 2 + years full service Kitchen Management experience
- Knowledge of Food Inventory and ordering
- Ability to motivate employees by positive attitude, and lead by example
- Commitment to Food Quality and Presentation
- Ensure proper sanitation, food safety, and exceptional service
- Experience with inventory and vendor invoices
- "Hands-on" management style
