Location: Regina, SK
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $21.50 -$25.00 per hr
Hours: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday
Start Date: immediately upon selection

Street Culture Project is hiring a Case Plan Coordinator to lead intake, case planning, and care coordination for youth at our Shelter. You’ll work alongside our front-line team and community partners to ensure youth are connected, supported, and safe.
What You’ll Do
· Manage MSS referrals and complete youth intakes
· Develop individualized, youth-centered case plans
· Coordinate with internal teams, MSS, and community supports
· Track documentation and reporting to meet legal and agency standards
· Respond to crises, support safety planning, and advocate across service domains
What You Bring
This isn’t your average desk job. It’s hands-on, emotionally charged, and deeply human.
We’re looking for someone with:
· 1+ year experience in youth care or a related field (required)
· Experience in case planning, advocacy, or resource coordination (preferred)
· Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
· Understanding of trauma-informed care and harm reduction
· Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
Additional Requirements
· Secondary school completion (post-secondary preferred)
· Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance
· Valid SK Driver’s License
· Knowledge of SCP's values and approaches (training provided)
· Strong time management and documentation skills
· Training in CPR/First Aid, ASIST, Crisis Intervention, or Mental Health First Aid is an asset
