About this Opportunity:  
We are seeking a reliable, organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and office support to our team.  This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to a positive, efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
•Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and travel arrangements
•Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
•Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
•Assist with data entry, database maintenance, and record keeping

Office Coordination
•Order office supplies, and maintain inventory
•Support office logistics, including meeting room setup, catering, and event coordination

Communication & Coordination
•Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and clients as required
•Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
•Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Project & Team Support
•Assist with basic project coordination by tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
•Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes
•Support a collaborative, positive, and efficient workplace culture

Qualifications/Skills: 

•High school diploma required
•Post-secondary certificate or diploma in business or office administration is preferred
•1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is an asset
•Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
•Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
•Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach
•Flexibility and a positive team player approach with effective communication skills
•Office-based role with standard weekday hours
