Pay: $20.00 - $48.00 per hour
Full-time | 35 – 44 hours per week

• Complete Two High-Quality Service Calls Per Day – Focus on thorough, well-executed work instead of rushing through multiple jobs

• Diagnose & Resolve Plumbing Issues – Provide expert repairs, maintenance, and installations with a customer-first mindset

• Educate & Advise Clients – Clearly explain solutions, offer options, and build trust-based relationships

• Maintain a Clean & Professional Work Environment – Respect customers’ homes and leave every job site spotless

• Work Independently with Full Support – Receive assistance from dispatch and management while maintaining autonomy in the field

• Journeyman or Registered Apprentice (Red Seal an asset)

• Minimum 1 years of plumbing experience (residential service experience preferred)

• Outstanding Communication & Customer Service Skills – A friendly, professional, and patient approach with clients

• A Problem-Solver Mentality – Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions while keeping the client’s best interests in mind

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (clean driving record required)

• Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Test

Monday – Friday
Day Shifts & Some On-Call Weekends (Rotational)
