We’re currently seeking a driven, detail-focused, and people-first Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to help lead our dynamic dining operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of dining room, lounge, food outlets and member events.
- Supervise, train, and support service staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
- Maintain strong floor presence, engaging with members and guests to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and event teams for smooth service execution
- Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Support planning and execution of club functions, private events, and seasonal offerings
- Uphold and enforce club policies, safety procedures, and grooming standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven supervisory experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or private club settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional service
- Experience with POS systems, inventory software, and event coordination
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Smart Serve / alcohol service certification (as applicable)
- Background check will be required.
