Our West Edmonton location is currently looking for an Accessory Sales & Parts Support team member who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and supporting a fast‑paced retail and parts environment.

The Role

This position plays a key role in supporting the Parts & Accessories department through customer service, inventory support, and collaboration with the sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to accessorize units prior to delivery
  • Greet customers and provide expert front counter assistance in identifying and sourcing parts and accessories
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
  • Provide input into future product lines and stocking requirements
  • Handle front counter sales, including parts and accessories
  • Manage inventory and stock, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and full inventory counts
  • Ensure on‑time delivery of parts and accessories
  • Handle all incoming, outgoing, and internal deliveries
  • Stay current with parts catalogs, manufacturer programs, and special‑order procedures
  • Support warehouse receiving, organization, and merchandising standards
  • Assist with shows, events, and promotional activities as required
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Provide parts support to service technicians as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in parts, accessories, retail sales, or customer service (preferred)
  • Interest in marine, powersports, or recreational products is an asset
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
