Food & Beverage Trailer - Stanhope Golf & Country Club

During the Summer of 2026, MHG will be operating the Food & Beverage Trailer at Stanhope Golf & Country Club, providing memorable experiences for all members and guests! If you are a friendly and reliable individual who enjoys working outdoors and delivering great service in a relaxed golf course environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Line Cook, You Will

• Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Clean cooking area
• Follow all operations policies and procedures
• Work alongside the FOH team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

Who You Are

• Positive and outgoing personality
• Love for building strong relations with team members
• Flexibility - Our team will work a variety of shifts, including weekends
• A desire to have fun at work, when you have fun, our guests do too
• Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring

• Cooking experience is an asset
• Food Handler Certificate is required
• Access to reliable transportation is required
