The Role
We're looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our solar projects running smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with our Project Management Team and serve as a connecting point between our operations, sales, and customer-facing teams. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a structured environment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys being part of something that matters.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Project Management Team with day-to-day oversight of active solar installation projects

  • Coordinating with customers through multiple stages of their solar journey — from initial assessment through to project completion

  • Implementing detailed project plans and recommending practical technical options to move initiatives forward

  • Contributing to construction coordination efforts, including planning, risk identification, and troubleshooting field-level technical issues

  • Reviewing proposal documents, site assessment reports, and technical drawings to evaluate project scope and estimate requirements

  • Managing communications — emails and calls — from operations, sales, and customers with professionalism and efficiency

  • Building and maintaining strong cross-departmental relationships to foster team cohesion and keep projects on track

What We're Looking For

  • 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, energy, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail

  • Clear and confident communicator — written and verbal

  • Comfortable reading technical documents, drawings, or specifications (or eager to learn)

  • A self-starter who can manage their workload with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus

  • A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability
