ABOUT YOU • You have a passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life. • A true people person and team player who displays resilience and remain calm under pressure • A coach and leader - confident to drive high performance and manage the good and the bad. Whatever the challenge - you will always keep people engagement at the heart of everything you do. • Comfortable to analyze data to develop sales and/or service action plans to exceed set targets. • Willing to quickly get to grips with the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and the ability to remain calm in a crisis. • Confident when dealing with challenging situations, can think on your feet, quick to spot potential problems, and can use your initiative to provide solutions • Fluent in verbal and written English; with additional European languages an advantage • You ideally enjoy driving overseas and you are confident to do so in snowy conditions is key.
ABOUT THE JOB • You will lead, engage, develop, retain, and drive sales & service performance for a small international team. • You will invest in new colleagues – building confidence and equipping them to perform and succeed whilst monitoring and driving performance of those more experienced. • You will be regularly on the frontline leading by example – be it coaching, closing sales or resolving escalating problems on the spot. This includes being an advocate of our evolving digital sales & service tools. • You will be constantly aware of your team’s performance vs. target. This includes supporting and performance manage them with an extra focus on those under target. • On transfer days, you will take responsibility for the logistics in your resort and collaborate with our Operations team to prepare for this. you may also support the airport operation as and when required. • You will manage weekly deadlines. Which includes managing ski essentials, content, resort accounts and working with back-office teams to ensure all processes are followed for compliancy and managing operational costs. • Finally - you will support your wider destination in general including working with the back-office teams We love to see your uniqueness shine through and inspire the future of travel.
