Dishwasher AKA Suds Specialist (Seasonal)
YOUR DAILY MISSION: Keep our kitchen in immaculate shape so we can deliver a kick ass culinary experience.
WHO ARE WE?
We’ve been making kick-ass coffee for over 25 years.
We’re Canada’s #1 selling Whole Bean coffee. All our coffee is Organic and Fairtrade, roasted right in the Canadian Rocky Mountains smack dab in the middle of nowhere.
And it’s not just our coffee that’s good. We’ve been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Canada by Great Place to Work since 2015. We work hard and have fun. That’s how we roll.
In 2023, we opened the doors to our reimagined, signature café. It’s as close to fresh-roasted coffee as it can get. This is where mountain culture meets elevated experience. Where human beans and coffee beans are connected. Where everyone who comes through the doors leaves slightly more caffeinated and a whole lot more loved.
WHO ARE YOU?
You bring the sparkle and shine when it comes to keeping things clean and organized. Whether you are well versed in a kitchen support role or brand new to the working world, one thing is certain. You know how to keep things immaculate.
You believe that when things are in order, everything runs smoother. You like making sure tools, dishes, and spaces are where they need to be before they need to be there. Spills, drips, stains. You are already on it. You work quickly and efficiently, but collaboration matters most to you. You love being part of a team that works hard, supports one another, and has fun along the way.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will help create an exceptional café experience by keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. Your primary focus will be washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment so our kitchen team always have what they need.
When things are quieter on the dish front, you will jump in to support with additional kitchen tasks and upkeep. Overall, your mission is simple. Keep the kitchen in top shape so we can serve great food, every time.
