REFRESH Kitchen & Bar is the resort’s on-site restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, après golf, and dinner. We offer indoor dining, patio service, and takeout — all focused on quality, consistency, and memorable guest experiences.

Your role: Help create amazing meals so every guest leaves happy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing, cooking, and plating menu items across all services
• Running your station efficiently during busy periods
• Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
• Assisting with prep, restocking, and opening/closing duties
• Working closely with a supportive kitchen team

What We’re Looking For

• FoodSafe Level 1 Certification (required)
• Previous line cook or kitchen experience
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and pride in food quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet during shifts
• Availability for AM and/or PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
