Community Outreach Worker, Victoria, Mobile Mission (Permanent, Full-Time)

As a member of the Victoria Mobile Mission team, you'll be on the front lines, connecting with individuals experiencing poverty, homelessness, or addiction in the most vulnerable living situations. Equipped with compassion, empathy, and a willingness to lend a helping hand, you'll provide essential support such as clothing, meals, and necessities. But it doesn't stop there – your role goes beyond immediate aid; you'll be instrumental in connecting community members to vital services and programs, helping them transition to stable living. You will frequently deal with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
The starting range for this position is $26.26 to $28.70 per hour.
