Production Support (On-Call)

Invermere, British Columbia Temps partiel $22.25 par heure

YOUR DAILY MISSION: To provide relief support for our production crew - keeping those beans a-roasting and/or packaging the best coffee on the planet.

WHO ARE WE?

We’ve been making kick-ass coffee for over 25 years.
We’re Canada’s #1 selling whole bean coffee. All our coffee is Fairtrade and organic, roasted right in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, smack dab in the middle of nowhere.
Don’t just take our word for it - we’ve been named one of the Best Workplaces in Canada by Great Place to Work since 2015. Not to brag ... okay, maybe just a little.

WHO ARE YOU?

You go with the flow. You are flexible, adaptable, and a quick learner. Change? Scary? Nah, you can handle it. You work best in a role where you can be on your feet, moving around quickly, and keeping busy with an upbeat environment and crew. You kind of like being on call – and ready to jump in when we need you!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You are part of our on-call crew that supports our production crew, roasting and packaging our kick-ass beans. With a strong commitment to safety and quality, you will pack, inspect, box and prepare to ship the best beans in the country. In the roasting room, you will support set up, equipment cleaning and keep an eye on green bean quality. You’ll also be a chauffeur to our beans, transporting them between our roasting room and packaging machines. This work can be repetitive and physically demanding but that’s not all. Our crew likes to learn, and you will have the opportunity to learn and grow across the spectrum of coffee production activities.

WHAT WE VALUE ... AND WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Do What’s Right. It’s not always neat and tidy. It means taking care of people, the planet and the business. You think it through, talk it out, and keep it real. Whether you’re troubleshooting a machine or helping a teammate, you pause, think and act with purpose.

Never Half-Ass It. We’re on a mission to annihilate mediocrity. You bring the pride and the polish. You take pride in your work – whether it’s dialing in a roast, packing or picking with precision or keeping those machines humming. You care about the details, and it shows.

Cut the Bullshit. It’s about systems that work without waste, kindness without drama and root-cause thinking over quick fixes. You say what you mean, kindly. You speak up when something’s off, and you do it with respect. Whether it’s a safety concern or a better way to do the job, you’re direct, honest and drama-free.

Be Remarkable. We’re not here to play it safe or follow the crowd. You take initiative like it’s second nature. You jump in when something needs doing and you spot problems early to help solve them before they snowball.

Do It All With Love. Love? Buck yeah, Love! It’s our not-so-secret ingredient. We care deeply about the work we do, the people we work with, and the impact we have. You make space for joy. You like to laugh at work. You bring good vibes and know that joy fuels great work – even on the busiest days.
