THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Full Time Front End Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have passion and knowledge for all things produce and will assist with overseeing daily operations, including cash handling, training, and developing team members, providing exemplary customer service, upholding store policies, and ensuring proper signage and cleanliness of the Front End.

• Supervise cashiers to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service, optimizing profitability and customer satisfaction. 

• Lead store closing and opening procedures, including till reconciliation. 

• Provide exceptional customer service, including returns and complaints.

• Assist in managing, motivating, training, and developing staff according to company policies and procedures.

• Manage daily cashier schedule, including break assignment and sick calls.

• Maintain store and display signage to set standards.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• At least one year of retail supervisory experience in a grocery, food specialty or front end environment.

• A passion for providing superior customer service and sharing produce knowledge.

• A positive attitude and the desire to lead and motivate a team.

• The physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25-50lbs repeatedly.

• The ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.

• The availability to work full-time, 40 hours weekly for various shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
