• • We are currently recruiting for our Summer Student Program. Summer Production Associates will be placed in one of our three largest departments; Welding, Stamping, and Material Services.  
  • As a Summer Production Associate, you are expected to work the regular scheduled hours required by the department until the end of the contract.  
  • **All students must be able to provide full – time proof of enrollment in a recognized post-secondary education system for Fall 2026.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

• • • Detail oriented individual who understands the concept and importance of quality
    • Able to lift up to 25 to 40 pounds with regularity
    • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Comfortable with computers and confident in ability to learn new software
    • Positive attitude and enjoys working at a fast pace
    • Comfortable working with/around heavy machinery, including forklifts and overhead cranes
    • Must be a full – time student who can provide proof of enrollment prior to their start date
    • If applying for Material Services, students must be a minimum of 18 years of age**

Summer Stamping Production Associate:

The essential job duties for a Stamping Production Associate include setting up and operating stamping machines to trim, punch, shape, notch, draw, or crimp metal composite. As a Stamping Associate you will work both independently and as part of a team.

Summer Weld Production Associate:

The essential job duties for a Weld Production Associate include loading the machine with parts, inspecting the quality of completed parts and basic preventative maintenance inside of the weld cell. As a Weld Associate you will work both independently and as part of a team.*Please Note: Welding Experience is Not a Requirement.*

Summer Material Services Production Associate:

In this role there are a number of different functions which support the production and delivery of our product to the customer. Shipping and receiving, servicing lines with materials and preparing orders for shipment.
