THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Root Cellar Team!- Social media management + content creation: development of an annual social content calendar that supports organizational goals and feeds into wider marketing campaigns. Creation of organic and paid social posts, including user-generated content
- Online advertising campaigns: lead on paid seasonal digital marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met
- Website maintenance + development: regular website updates to support marketing campaigns using Word Press, including creating blog content, and ongoing development and maintenance as required
- Analytics reporting: monthly digital metric reporting, turning data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Marketing team support: collaboration with wider marketing team as required, including support with signage, events and in-store visual merchandising

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Degree in Marketing, Media or Communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years managing and creating content on all major social media platforms for business.
- Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, and Word Press is required.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills with the ability to create engaging content for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to think big and track the details.
- Above and beyond attention to detail and accuracy – it’s the little things that count!
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent project management skills.
