What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Purpose: Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team of Property Managers, Leasing Agents, and Maintenance Staff as we work together to create amazing living experiences for our residents.
- Drive Operations: Oversee daily property management operations, ensuring that they align with our high standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Maximize Performance: Take ownership of financial performance and optimize Net Operating Income (NOI) through strategic budgeting and innovative operational improvements.
- Enhance Resident Experience: Foster a culture of engagement and satisfaction among tenants by addressing their needs and implementing feedback-driven initiatives.
- Collaborate with Vendors: Partner with contractors and service providers, overseeing their performance and ensuring we deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of property management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- RECA License is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to engage and motivate teams.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- An entrepreneurial spirit that embraces innovation and change.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
- Must pass a security clearance.
