What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of retail sales experience (jewellery or luxury a plus) 

• Proven ability to meet sales goals and lead a team 

• Passion for coaching and developing staff to succeed 

• Strong organizational and analytical skills 

• Positive, energetic, and ready to make an impact 

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Ability to ensure that the store is staffed appropriately, according to the established guidelines by being proactive and building a pipeline of potential candidates.
