Overview

• As a Fire Protection Operations Manager, you'll lead daily operations, manage project teams, and ensure the highest standards of safety and service quality. This role offers a blend of technical leadership and operational management, with opportunities to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

Qualifications

• NICET III certifications in Fire Alarms (Preferred)
• NICET II certifications in Special Hazards (Preferred)
• If not completed prior, must be able to take and pass state-specific exams
• Extensive fire protection systems experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• NICET III certification in Inspections and Testing of Water-Based Fire Sprinkler Systems (Preferred)
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (Preferred)

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead daily department operations, including inspection and repair services
• Mentor and develop project managers and technical staff
• Oversee project execution and quality control
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle departmental budgets and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with the industry standards and safety regulations

Working Conditions

• 50% office work/ 50% field work
• Regular travel to project sites required
• Monday - Friday, with occasional evening/ weekend work
• Full PPE compliance required
