Truss Builder/Assembler

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truss Builder/ Assembler to join our team!

As a Truss Assembler/Builder, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and constructing various structures and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Truss Assembly and Construction: Accurately assemble trusses as per specifications and blueprints.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all trusses meet quality standards and are constructed according to safety regulations.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate machinery and tools necessary for truss building, including saws, presses, and other equipment.
• Material Handling: Load and unload materials, and organize them for efficient assembly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and help to resolve issues with truss assembly or machinery.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in truss building or a related field considered a plus.
• Knowledge of carpentry, construction, or woodworking.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for prolonged periods.

Skills:

• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues during the building process.
• Awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
