Production Technician
- 40 hour 4-Day work Week Mon-Thurs; OT on Fridays
- Hourly Rate: $17 – $20 / hr. (negotiable with experience) Merit Raises in first 90 DAYS!!!

Job Details
• Successfully complete job-specific training and master the role of abrasive blasting.
- Including surface preparation through abrasive blasting
- Interpreting drawings
- Masking and protecting surfaces as necessary
• Operate abrasive blast equipment efficiently and safely
• Material handling
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment
• Work in team and independent settings
• Cross-train in other departments to learn applications of specified coatings and linings to the interior/exteriors of customer supplied parts and equipment
-Work with solvent-borne materials such as cements, rubber sheet, inorganic zincs, epoxies, polyurethanes, and more
• Basic knowledge of hand tools for use when grinding, cutting material, trimming, sanding, lining removals, etc.
• Perform quality assurance, track and record data
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
• High School Diploma or educational equivalent (GED) preferred
• Experience using power tools is preferred
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required
• Must work well in a team environment, as well as independently
• Ability to meet or exceed the Company's attendance and punctuality standards
• Reliable transportation is required
• Possess good problem-solving skills
• Must be professional and have a good work ethic
• Must be well-organized and have good housekeeping skills
Physical Demands
• Lifting required (5-50 lbs.)
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to work in confined spaces without claustrophobia
• Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, laying horizontally, climbing, standing for prolonged periods, and walking as the job requires
