Operating out of a spacious 90,000+ square foot manufacturing facility located in Fort MacLeod, AB, just 25 minutes west of Lethbridge, AB, we take pride in delivering high-quality solutions year-round.

Role: Mechanic Helper

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Mechanic Helper to join our team. As a Mechanic Helper, you will provide essential support to our experienced mechanics by assisting with the maintenance and repair of the heavy machinery and equipment within our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:     

• Assist mechanics with the inspection, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Prepare tools, parts, and materials required for repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on equipment and work areas.
• Assist with disassembling and reassembling mechanical components and systems.
• Follow safety protocols and assist with ensuring a safe working environment.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure efficient and safe task completion.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow direction from experienced mechanics.
• Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment and tools as required.
• Willingness to work with and around heavy machinery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Please note: You must have CSA approved work boots, as they are REQUIRED while on the manufacturing floor
