Client Service Liaison
Reliant Care Management Company is currently seeking a Client Service Liaison to join our team.
Responsibilities:
· Oversight of SNF Medicaid pending process from inception to vendor approval.
· Audit facility efforts as well as provide ongoing education and assistance to facilities.
· Responsible to track and oversee DA124 submissions, corrections, and approvals.
· Managed care authorizations to request skilled authorization as needed and submitting follow up documentation to insurance
Qualifications:
· Experience in a Business office is ideal
· Working knowledge of managed care authorizations
