ROLE SUMMARY:

Peter Ballantyne Group of Companies (PBGOC) is dedicated to managing PBCN's corporate business investments and overseeing operations for them. We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Skilled Labourers. The successful candidates will assist with various manual tasks on construction sites, warehouses, or other industrial settings. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Assist with general site preparation and cleanup

·       Carry out basic construction, maintenance, or labor-related tasks.

·       Load and unload materials and equipment.

·       Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

·       Operate Work closely with supervisors and other workers to complete tasks on time.

·       Perform any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Previous experience in labour-intensive roles is an asset

·       Ability to follow instructions and work part as a team.

·       Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects.

·       Good communication skills.

·       Ability to work in various weather and challenging environments.

·       Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required.

ROLE CRITERIA:

·       Exposure to various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.

·       Physically demands include lifting, carrying, bending, and for extended periods.

·       Annual Drug and Alcohol screening is required.
