About Us

Twin Anchors Manufacturing is a leading modular home and houseboat manufacturer known for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced **Purchasing Manager** to optimize procurement operations and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cost-effective procurement strategies.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.

• Ensure timely material procurement to meet production schedules.

• Monitor supplier performance and identify alternative sources.

• Optimize inventory levels and cost control.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical sourcing.

• Collaborate with production and finance teams for efficiency.

• Analyze market trends and implement procurement technology.

• Manage purchasing budget and track cost savings.

• Train and mentor purchasing staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred).

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and vendor relations.

• Manufacturing or construction industry experience is an asset.

• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
