Branch Manager (Neepawa)
AgWest Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and drive performance across sales, parts, and service departments in Neepawa, MB. This role is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring financial success, fostering a high-performance team environment, and delivering outstanding customer service. The Branch Manager also represents AgWest in the local community and acts as a key liaison with internal leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage the branch budget in alignment with company goals.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing strategies, processes, and KPIs across all departments.
- Oversee daily branch operations including facility management, inventory oversight, and service coordination.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Supervise inventory forecasting and management for parts, equipment, and service capacity.
- Regularly review branch financial performance (P&L) and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Foster a positive, productive work environment and manage all employee relations.
- Represent AgWest in the community and build strong customer and regional relationships.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business or agriculture preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in the agriculture industry, with a focus on sales, parts, or service.
- 5+ years in leadership roles with a proven track record of operational success.
- Agricultural background beneficial but not required.

- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and improving P&L performance.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and operational metrics in service and parts.
