In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming and engaging experience for every guest who walks through our Gahan Beer Store doors. If you enjoy connecting with people, sharing product knowledge and working in a retail environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

As a Craft Beverage Advisor, You Will

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service
• Guide guests through our beverage selection and offer recommendations based on customers' stated preferences, needs and desires
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Respond to customer questions
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized and well-stocked displays
• Stay up to date on new arrivals, seasonal offerings and featured products
• Support product rotation and merchandising
• Other duties as required

Who You Are

• Positive and outgoing personality
• Love for building strong relationships with team members, our guests, and the community
• Passion for learning and interest in craft beverage, brewing, or beverage trends (training will be provided)
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Physically able to lift 30-50 pounds
• Attention to detail and problem-solving 

What You Bring

• A responsible beverage certificate is required
• Previous bartending or serving experience is an asset
• Retail or customer service experience is considered a strong asset
