About the
Role
As a Regional
Manager, you’ll lead multiple branch offices to deliver exceptional customer
experiences, achieve sales goals, and ensure operational excellence. You’ll
work closely with senior leadership to align strategies, coach teams, and
foster a culture of service and growth. This role requires regular travel
within the region of Winnipeg (St. Norbert), Niverville and Ste. Agathe.

· Optimize Operations: Ensure compliance, streamline processes, and conduct audits for consistency across branches.
· Build Strong Teams: Recruit, train, and retain top talent while planning for future leadership needs.

What We’re Looking For
· Proven leadership in multi-location management.
· Strong sales and customer service expertise.
· A proven track record of strong performance in driving performance and meeting KPIs, coupled with successful and consistent organizational development history.
· Proven track record of building talent. Able to balance the need of delivering a creative experience, and a profitable result.
· Bachelor’s degree, diploma in business admin, or other education and relevant experience an asset.
· CAIB designation an asset.
· Ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Willingness to travel within the region
