Position Overview


As a Concierge at Zen Residential, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming and secure environment for residents, guests, and visitors in the residential community. Acting as the first point of contact, the Concierge is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring building security, assisting with daily operations, and fostering a positive living environment for our residents.


Key Responsibilities


Resident & Guest Services:


  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Accept, log, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries securely and efficiently.
  • Manage visitor access, including logging guests and verifying permissions for entry.
  • Assist with move-in and move-out processes, ensuring adherence to building policies and procedures.
  • Handle resident complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Conduct routine inspections of common areas and report any cleanliness or operational concerns.
  • Assist with building tours for prospective residents as needed, particularly during periods of high leasing activity.

Administrative & Facility Support:


  • Maintain accurate records of resident requests, interactions, service requests, and deliveries.
  • Assist in managing amenity bookings and coordinating facility usage schedules.
  • Support property management with administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Assist vendors, contractors, and service providers with building access and scheduling.

Security & Building Operations:


  • Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Observe surveillance systems and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns.
  • Maintain an up-to-date log of all incidents, service requests, and visitor activity.
  • Respond to emergencies (fire alarms, security breaches, medical incidents) and follow building safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with security personnel and property management to ensure resident safety.

Community Engagement & Assistance:

  • Organize and promote resident events, social gatherings, and community-building activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date information about local services, transportation, restaurants, and entertainment for resident reference.
  • Distribute important notices, updates, and communications to residents as directed by management.


Work Schedule:


  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends. 


What We’re Looking For:

 High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.

 Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, property management, or a similar role.

 Previous experience as a concierge, front desk attendant, or customer service representative is preferred.
