- Clean and sanitize all public areas including lounges, restaurants, gyms, games rooms, etc.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, polish furniture according to standards
- Restock amenities and supplies.
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Complete deep cleaning projects and assist on special events.
- Provide noise complaint investigations and front desk support.
- Handle master keys securely and sign in/out properly.
- Adhere to all appearance standards and dress code policies.
- Comply with health, safety and sanitation procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Professional, safety-focused, and guest service-oriented
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Responsible, punctual and works well independently.
- Flexible schedule – able to work overnight and weekends.
