Driver Class 1 or Class 3 Field Operations

We are currently seeking a dependable mature and experienced safety-focused Class 1 or 3 Driver to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods across interprovincial routes. You will be expected to operate heavy-duty vehicles while adhering to all road safety and transportation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and drive Class 3 vehicles to transport food and material and personnel

• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment.

• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.

• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and handling procedures.

• Maintain accurate driver logs and records in compliance with DOT and company requirements.

• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or violations immediately.

• Ensure compliance with all transport laws and regulations (federal and provincial).

• Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers professionally.

• Keep vehicle clean and in good working condition.

• Navigate rural and remote areas, sometimes in extreme weather conditions

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 1 or 3 Driver’s License (Air Brake Endorsement Required).
• Minimum 5 years, commercial driving experience (long-haul or local, as needed).
• Clean Driver’s Abstract commercial 5 years (no major violations or suspensions).
• Experience with dry van, reefer, etc. is an asset.

· Experience with off-road driving and navigating lease roads.

• Strong understanding of Hours-of-Service regulations and ELD usage with Motive.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg. and perform physical duties as required.
• Ability to work long hours, and rotational shifts.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Strong safety mindset and physical fitness
• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
