Sales Coordinator (12 Month Contract)

The Sales Coordinator works closely with and supports the sales process in meeting annual sales goals by assisting the sales team with their customer requirements for products and services prior to creation of the order package.

This role requires regular communication with both internal and external customers regarding order/project product and service requirements; ensuring the orders are in line with company guidelines and maintain integrity and brand image.

  • You’ll mostly work from Monday to Friday, with irregular or extended hours as projects demand. 

THE DAY TO DAY

The successful applicant will also be responsible for the following:

  • Attend sales, team, and customer meetings as required
  • Assist sales with the development of the proposal/RFP and print for sales presentation to customer
  • Initiate service quotes for deliveries, small orders and major orders
  • Provide clarifications and answers for customer's questions regarding quotation or order issues
  • Assist with resolving any acknowledgement discrepancies with vendor
  • Ensure Customer First standards of performance are met for all customer work activities
  • Provide professional customer interface and customer relations throughout project

 

YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING 


  • You are focused on the customer and have an attitude that shows a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 
  • Your experience in project coordination, customer service or a technical administrative role supporting interior design or a sales team has already created a solid foundation for this role.
