Long Term Care Assistant

The Long Term Care Assistant is responsible for assisting with the delivery of leisure/therapeutic recreation that enhance the quality of life for all Elders living at Hillside Pines.

Qualifications include:

Must have a keen interest in working with the senior population in long term care.

Able to work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and time management skills.

Willing to learn independently when trained

Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, effective oral and written oral communication.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, i pads, and any other software or equipment aimed at enhancing the life of Elders.
