RFNOW Inc. is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team as we continue expanding high-speed fiber internet and telecommunications services across Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
About the Role:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote RFNOW’s products and services. From social media to local events, you’ll help create and manage campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. This hybrid role blends creative content work, campaign execution, and hands-on support for sales and community outreach.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and in-person channels
- Develop and maintain marketing calendars for events, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies
- Create content for blog posts, newsletters, social media, brochures, and more
- Support event planning, including community engagement events, trade shows, and customer appreciation initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with goals
- Manage promotional inventory and collateral requests
- Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting on key metrics
- Assist with SEO efforts and digital marketing strategies to increase visibility
- Maintain brand guidelines across all materials and campaigns
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Business Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Bonus: Experience in copywriting or the telecom industry
Additional Requirements:
- Based in Virden or Brandon, with the ability to travel for community events
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work occasional overtime or attend events outside regular hour
- Ability to lift 20-50 lbs. regularly
