Peninsula Co-op is inviting applications for the position of Customer Service Representative at our Meat Department in our Food Centre located at 2132 Keating X Rd, Saanichton B.C. This is a full-time permanent role providing a range of 32 - 40 hours each week. Our ideal candidate has flexible and open availability that must include weekdays and weekends. Experience in meat departments is considered and asset.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Besides working with the best group of teammates and fantastic customers, you’ll be responsible for handling meat cutting, wrapping, displaying and prep duties, along with crafting value-added items like kabobs, marinated treats, and stuffed delights. You'll help ensure the department shines with top-notch displays, well-stocked shelves, coolers and freezers and spotless organization. You will assist the department manager with inventory and maintain quality standards. Embrace food safety principles and keep equipment in tip-top shape while operating these safely.
