Summary
The Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator will ensure that all customers and manufacturing processes are supplied with required finished and raw materials and consumables, work with the Fluid USA team and Fluid’s blending partners in the US, and follow regulatory requirements. Provide guidance internally to team and senior management to ensure appropriate governance and oversight of contractual rights and obligations. This role will also be responsible for the coordination and transactional management of the Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) system in regard to inventory tracking, sales orders and purchase orders. This role will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Supplier Quality Agreements, and other related documents that pertain to purchasing and supply chain. This position will also support sales representatives and support sales-related activities, and act as a liaison between various branches of the company and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish active communication and engage with Sales Representatives to ensure prompt processing of orders.
• Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking products and services.
• Collaborate with senior sales staff to create and maintain sales reports.
• Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion with accordance to the desire of customers.
• Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost professionalism.
• Communicate potential gaps in supply to ensure adequate inventory management of items in short supply.
• Compile and maintain a high quality of all data in all reporting and documentation.
• Work with production and procurement teams to plan on-site and off-site inventory requirements.
• Build and manage supplier relationships.
• Identify new vendors, and work with existing vendors, to develop, implement and maintain quality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and contracts.
• Assist logistics with the movement of sales as requested by management.

• Excellent time and project coordination skills.
Experience/Education:
• Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• 3-5 years' experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience with logistics is considered an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft - Business Central (formally Navision) software is preferred.
• TDG and WHIMIS certification is an asset.
Working Conditions:
• Approximately 10% of travel is required for the role.
• Ability to work overtime and be on call.
• Ability to work in varied environments and conditions.
