The Marketing & Digital Specialist role at Urgo Medical serves to optimize all marketing channels to deliver a proficient and impactful customer experience that optimizes use of our products. This role will help coordinate national campaigns and events to owning lead workflows, managing our website presence, and supporting tailored field communications across provinces.


Coordinate Marketing Materials & Third-party Print Portal

  • ·       Manage our online print portal with a third-party vendor to ensure the latest sales tools, brochures, and branded materials are always available.
  • ·       Keep content updated and aligned with current messaging and regulatory standards.
  • ·       Collaborate with brand and regulatory teams to ensure accurate approvals and uploads.

Support Regional Sales Teams

  • ·       Work closely with the sales team to tailor communications and materials by province or region.
  • ·       Help localize national campaigns to meet the specific needs of healthcare professionals across Canada.
  • ·       Be a key bridge between marketing strategy and field execution.

Power Events and Webinars

  • ·       Be the owner of our events (national conferences, local events, training events)
  • ·       Coordinate online education sessions and webinars for healthcare professionals.
  • ·       Handle invites, speaker coordination, platform setup (EventBrite), and follow-up communications (Hubspot).
  • ·       Make each event seamless, professional, and engaging.

Own Lead Management Workflows

  • ·       Take ownership of lead onboarding from digital sources (web forms, events, campaigns)
  • ·       Set up and maintain automated nurturing in HubSpot, synced with Salesforce.
  • ·       Work with sales to ensure timely and accurate lead follow-up.
  • ·       Analyze funnel performance and optimize workflows.

Manage our Canadian Website

  • ·       Maintain fresh, accurate, and relevant content across all web pages.
  • ·       Collaborate with global teams on structure and branding, adapted to the Canadian market.
  • ·       Monitor performance and suggest UX improvements.

Support Digital Campaigns

  • ·       Assist with launching email campaigns, social content, and paid ads.
  • ·       Help execute SEO initiatives and track performance.
  • ·       Test new ideas and optimize along the way.

  • ·       Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • ·       Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (Hubspot, MailChimp)
  • ·       Familiarity with content management systems (Word Press, Weblow) and customer relationship management tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • ·       Interest in health and healthcare is a bonus

Requirements

  • ·       Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • ·       2+ years in marketing ops, digital marketing, or CRM/automation
  • ·       Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
  • ·       Bilingual (English/French)

Work Environment

  • ·       Indoors, in an office environment, with temperature control.
  • ·       No adverse environmental conditions expected.
  • ·       0-20% Travel

Physical Demands
