Shore Ex Tour Support - Victoria

We are looking for:

·            Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

About the Job

· Grouping guests as they disembark from the cruise ships.

· Report to the Shorex Pier Supervisor and help prepare for dispatch all guest.

· Assist with greeting guests and directing to proper bus, joining guests on their tour, and enhancing guest experience.

· Ensuring all guests are accounted for while on bus and tour.

· Facilitating timely return and experience with all guests. 

· Prior experience as tour guide or working with tourists very helpful

· Able to work flexible schedule (work shifts, based on cruise ship schedules)

· Friday and Saturday evenings a must

· English speaking mandatory and other languages advantageous.
